One major part of doing eyeshadow is blending the base color and the main colors together. This seems difficult but it's actually very simple.
The tools you need:
1). Q-tip
2). Baby powder.
3). your eyeshadow colors of choice.
You'll go ahead and apply the colors in order after you. Base color first from the eyelash line to the eyebrow bone and then your main color from the crease of your eye down.
If you don't blend these colors together they'll look choppy and out of place.
Here's how you do it:
Take the Q-tip and gently rub it where the main color ends beneath your eyebrow bone. Do this in an up and down motion. Do this gently so that you don't completely take off your eyeshadow that you worked hard to apply :)
You'll do this until the eyeshadow looks smooth and blended.
I'll upload a video giving you more information.
