Dot it up!

When doing a crazy eye shadow look there's always room for a little pzaz! What I like to do is spice up my look with a few polka dots here and there. Take your liquid eyeliner applicator and gently touch it to the skin a little bit above your eyebrow and a little bit under your eyebrow making tiny dots. You can make a design out of these dots say for instance you want to make a single row of dots or make a picture with the dots. Do whatever you want to do (: I also like to apply a few dots around my lower lid , underneath my lash line. Along with the dots on the lower lash line I add a little amount of my main eyeshadow color there as well. Doing this makes your eyes POP into action. I suggest for green eyes you use a nice blue eyeshadow and for brown eyes use a nice green eyeshadow and for blue eyes use brown eyeshadow (pin up girl look)
